Oversee the day to day operations of the business to ensure that each service is run smoothly. Ensuring financial and human resources are allocated effectively to ensure of positive outcomes. To liaise with our stakeholders in collaborative working and improve our clients' experience. To be on call rotation.
I have learnt new leadership skills that have helped me in my personal and professional development I have improved in my existing skills. Knowledge gained has helped me in improving my skills and attitude towards others at work and in my personal life.
