I am currently training on reception so I greet the guests check them in and help out in the brekky room as well as help with any enquiries guests have and make sure everything is going smoothly.
I have developed my communication skills with the guests such as asking open questions and how to make my body language to show I am listening to them.
I really enjoy my programme as I love learning new things and ways to improve how I work within the hotel.
My programme is extremely well structured and organised and if I am ever struggling I know that my coach is just a message away and he will help me through and support me.
I recieve endless amounts of support from my employer whether it's them helping me on something I am not quite sure on on reception or whether it is putting me on more receptionist shifts so I can learn more.
I receive neverending amounts of support from my coach whenever I am confused he will make sure either he can explain it to me or he will schedule me in for a classroom so I can gain more understanding on the topic.
It has helped me alot as it has shown me many different methods on how to make sure I give the customers the best experience when staying in the hotel that I can. It has also taught me the different teachings that I need to know for my role.
Not that I know of.
