In a workshop completing tasks, soldering, cutting metal, college work etc...
Yes my soldering has gotten better, drilling has gotten better. Any engineering skill that i had previously has been improved
For the most part I enjoy being here
Programme is well structured with work, however organisation could use improvement. Usually we're only told about things a day or so before they happen
I receive a lot of benefits from my employer and a lot of support with things such as our wellbeing
Training provider is not as supportive as AWE, but still has good enough teaching
My qualification help me really understand the basis of my role and skills i need
There are social groups to join

A lot of benefits to work in here, friendly environment in the workshop
