Training managers here to help me with every step however maybe a bit overworked. Too many apprentices per training manager.
The college doesn't teach us much that isn't already covered in the course at AWE. But the training they provide is adequate.

Because it is a great place to work, a real sense of community. The pay is excellent and it is a lot of fun.
Even though the application process might be quite lengthy, its worth it.
