  • Training managers here to help me with every step however maybe a bit overworked. Too many apprentices per training manager.

  • The college doesn't teach us much that isn't already covered in the course at AWE. But the training they provide is adequate.

  • 9a. Would you recommend AWE to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a great place to work, a real sense of community. The pay is excellent and it is a lot of fun.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AWE?
  • Even though the application process might be quite lengthy, its worth it.
