I have developed existing skills, dived more into my own personal development
I would say from some one that learns through physical doing and interaction, I struggle wit the Teams aspect, also the amount of work for the assignments, some of which doesn't relate directly to me, I am not a CEO of an organisation.
I would say its well organised and structured to the point where it loses me, since he has come on board this has improved considerably with regular drop in and always at the end of a phone
My employer is very supportive, I just need to be more disciplined in taking time for me
he is always at the end of the phone or email and will try and guide me to where I need to go or what/ how I need to get there
This is reinforcing my current beliefs, understanding my self awareness and why I conduct myself the way I need to as a leader
There are, but none that I want to get involved with
