Working with a team to help carry out the interim aspect of an audit of an insurance client. Mostly filling out spreadsheets with client information to ensure existence, completeness and accuracy
Yes, I have learned a lot about how to use excel. I have learned how to use it more efficiently and learnt new formulas. I have also grown my team working and communication skills while working with my team. My knowledge of insurance and audit has also grown
I have really enjoyed the programme so far. I have learned a lot at university and the work experience along side of it is great
Very well structured. We are regularly informed about what is going on and what we need to do.
I have received a lot of support. I have a career coach, a buddy, a connected development, a flying start champ and all of my team.
We receive help towards completing our degree. However it would be nice if we had more time at work to revise for our exams
It gives valuable insight into the work that I need to complete in my role. Also I will become a qualified accountant which opens up my opportunities
There were multiple networking events like a first five years event and a Christmas party that I went to. However it would be nicer if the flying starts were more widely recognised. We were often missed from seating plans and email lists
Yes
It is a great environment to work and you receive a wide variety of support to help you with your role.
