My job involves keeping children safe and protected whilst also creating engaging activities to help them learn new things. My job role is also to communicate with children and adults to help encourage their mind growth.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Became more patient Learnt the three Is learnt how to settle a child and put them to sleep. Learnt the eyfs and how this links to a 2 year check learnt how to communicate effectively with others around me.

I highly enjoy my programmes because it really puts you in a good head start to life.

Really good after getting a new tutor i always have tasks lined up for me and ready with work for my off the job hours too.

A lot. Always there when i have a question to ask and they help me sort out time for me to get out my room and do my off the job hours.

A lot since my new tutor she’s really made me feel like she’s their to help support me and make me succeed.
