my role is to help eudcate the children with their developemnt and making sure that they are safe and well care for under are version
my condifence has devloped as i speak to so many parents each day s ive felt more confident when doing it, i have learn more about the EYFS frame work and how weneed t follow this in order for are children to develop the best they can
i really do enjot it learning more and being able to gain more knowledge and understanding of my job role. however i find it hard to find the time to be able to complete the work as we work 4o hours a week.
i beleive that is well orgainsed as i always know what it is that i should be doing and when i will next see my tutor.
i believe that i gain a lot of supoort as we have found time in the week for me to go and get somework done as well as always knowin i can ask for help as everyone is always to willing to help.
