I am the director and owner of a small company that delivers Care services to our local community. I wear many hats in the organisation and oversee all aspects of the business's running: Strategic, Financial, Leading the Operational teams, Commissioning, Networking etc.

Yes, with the guidance of Learnmore Network Limited and my workplace coach, I am learning new skills and techniques, gaining self awareness and understanding more about leadership styles, to help me understand and improve my interactions with my teams, colleagues and other professionals.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme very much. I was always concerned about the time constraints associated with taking on an ambitious programme such as this with my very busy role, but I am learning a lot and growing as an individual and leader, which is very exciting.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very well structured. I particularly like that the workshops are scheduled months in advance, so I have them in my diary, giving me plenty of time to prepare for them.

I have great support from my workplace mentor and my colleagues to support me through this programme.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Learnmore Network Limited are very supportive, with have great tools in place for the course contents. I am particularly pleased they use OneFile for tasks, assignments, journal, evidence and portfolio building, as this is a familiar system to me, used with a previous course.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This qualification is providing me with new knowledge and skills. I am learning a lot and growing as an individual and leader. I am confident the tools learned will improve my leadership skills.

Yes, I am actively involved in several professional networking groups within my industry, meeting online and in person. Workwise, we have regular social events for clients, which I lightly get involved in.
