  • My role is to maintain the upkeep of the premises including safety of all who use it . Health and safety, food safety. Making guests happy and willing to return

  • Learning new ways of working and interacting with like minded people

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the beginning not so great. But once a meeting was had and things ironed out - it was extremely plain sailing and my work coach was incredible

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • 100% - gave me time to go to courses, hours on rota for OTJ and had regular meetings to check on my progress

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Again 100% always in communication with me. Kept me up to date with timings and explained how the process worked and what they expected

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It’s given me a sense of achievement and has helped me grow into a better leader and I’m now able to entrust this knowledge with my team

  • Yes. Charity events - bridge walk, football tournaments

  • Yes

  • Because we are not numbers. We are human beings and a family and fullers values are the best and everyone works off them, from Team members, to head office


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fuller's?
  • Just be yourself and never give up. Fullers will look after you
