How to be a better leader
Learning new ways of working and interacting with like minded people
At the beginning not so great. But once a meeting was had and things ironed out - it was extremely plain sailing and my work coach was incredible
100% - gave me time to go to courses, hours on rota for OTJ and had regular meetings to check on my progress
Again 100% always in communication with me. Kept me up to date with timings and explained how the process worked and what they expected
It’s given me a sense of achievement and has helped me grow into a better leader and I’m now able to entrust this knowledge with my team
