To supervise and assist the children throughout the day . To gain experience while learning . To set up activities to help develop children’s learning and more .
I have developed many new skills while working on and off the job from learning policies and procedures to gaining new knowledge to improve my work on the job .
I enjoy my programme to a large extent.
