I've learnt a lot around communication, emotional intelligence and how to operate a business.

Very well structured.
My employer was incredibly supportive.
My training provider was incredibly helpful, was very encouraging and no question was too silly.
Especially now working in HR, I'm able to pull a lot of experience from my apprenticeship and learning into meetings I hold with staff.
