    • My job roles involves me looking for and apprehending shoplifters. Along with investigations into crime in the store and internal thefts

    • Yes I've learnt new skills on becoming a team leader, different techniques to get the best out of a team.

    • I enjoyed the programme because it give me all the knowledge and skills needed to progress into a team leader

    • The programme is organised and structured very well so you learn and confident in that area before moving on to another area of the course

    • I received constant support from my manager and sponsor and work giving me a day each week to do my course work

    • I was supported all the way through with guidance, advice, encouragement to obtain the skills and knowledge required to pass the course

    • It helps me perform better because I understand the skills and knowledge needed to help get the best out of the team under me and I can put these skills to the test daily
