I do printing on mugs, canvas, photo slates, Christmas baubles, plush toy t-shirts, and keyrings. I use the heat press. hoover the floor, empty the bin, wash up the cups and cutlery. I use computer skills to get the image and size it and print it off for me to do a order.
I learned to be independent by using the equipment on my own. Communication skills to speak to customers. Punctual at work on time. I am nice to my staff members. I am running Positively unique room and the shop. I will learn to be more confident talking to customers. I leaned how to to a badge.
I really enjoy doing the orders for customers and using all the equipment. I really enjoy working independent doing the orders and my work. I enjoy talking to my team on teams. I really enjoy tidy up the room and making a shop to sell our product in the shop.
The organised in my program is really good and I block out time for doing my apprenticeship work. The structured in my program is really good because I love to be busy and doing stuff and creating orders for customers. I have regular staff with me so I know who I with at my work.
I get a lot of support from my employer. They help me with my work and when I am stuck on my work/ my job. they help me to make sure the image is straight. To know paper is the right way in the printer. They help me with my maths and english.
I get a lot of support from my training provider by working towards your qualifications and the meeting regular and my course work. I want to qualification in my customer service.
