I am an apprentice motor technician and have to work in a team environment to achieve goals and complete tasks on a daily basis when diagnosing and repairing faults on customer vehicles.
I have improved my communication skills and most importantly my mechanical skills. This includes changing cam belts and replacing clutches.

It is mostly well structured
Any time I ask for help/support my boss is more than happy to help
I get any support necessary both in the classroom and in the workshop
I agree. I think it makes it easier to work in the garage as I have a better theoretical understanding of how different things work so are easier to fix.
