Change business analyst apprentice on regulatory side Involves interpreting and understanding new and existing regulations that affect M&G. To support and manage changes ensure that the business can adapt efficiently. in Addition doing weekly lessons with BPP university about business analysis and at the end you gain a level 4 qualification. day to day entail working on the project I am currently on shadowing my project manager and business analyst meeting workshops.
many skills with excel , understanding regulatory requirements, building report and small essential qualities needed for the work environment such as attention to detail. developed my presentation skills and stakeholder engagement.
really enjoy my programme as i work in change everyday is a new day and i learn something new everyday

i have a mentor, a business analyst to support me my line manager giving me monthly and weekly feedback and project manager to support me on my project
