Managing a team of staff and ensuring the nursery is ran smoothly alongside the nursery manager

This course has given me the opportunity to reflect upon my knowledge and practise and further pushed professional development

I like how I am in control, I am able to request more work when I have opportunities to complete more work and that my tutor is available to talk to whenever I need further support or guidance

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program could be better structured due to the organisation on tasks and assignments for example there as work shadows, tutorials and assignments which relate to the same specific area however they are not set for completion near each other and for some this would be best linked together while the information is fresh

My employer supports my learning offering support and guidance

My trainers have provided lots of support through teams and in person, helping me to further understand my tasks

It’s had further supported my understanding and helped me unlock further knowledge and potential within my role

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I attend professional SEND meetings every other month to network with other SENDCo’s. We are having a 15 year party to celebrate the nurseries success next year and we have Christmas parties.
