    • I am a senior so this includes medication rounds, delegations, and ensuring my team is happy and the PWS are happy

    • I have learnt a lot since doing this course not only about health and social care but about myself and that i knew more than i thought i did

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I did struggle at first but i think this is due how many tutors i had but now i am happy and content with my work

    • It is now organised and structured, at beginning it wasnt due to changing tutors and none of my work was set for me to beable to continue

    • Quiet a bit of support always checking my progress and if i need anything else

    • She is very helpful and understands my job role can be full on and i may struggle to complete task on time

    • It teaches me much more than i already know and goes into depths on everything

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • It is a happy place to work, staff are nice, and the PWS are lovely. And you can work your way up the ladder with the support from company

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE care?

    • Just be yourself, and learn a lot from the company
