I am a senior so this includes medication rounds, delegations, and ensuring my team is happy and the PWS are happy
I have learnt a lot since doing this course not only about health and social care but about myself and that i knew more than i thought i did
I did struggle at first but i think this is due how many tutors i had but now i am happy and content with my work
It is now organised and structured, at beginning it wasnt due to changing tutors and none of my work was set for me to beable to continue
Quiet a bit of support always checking my progress and if i need anything else
She is very helpful and understands my job role can be full on and i may struggle to complete task on time
It teaches me much more than i already know and goes into depths on everything
Social activities that include the Pws
Yes
It is a happy place to work, staff are nice, and the PWS are lovely. And you can work your way up the ladder with the support from company
Just be yourself, and learn a lot from the company
