  • As a People Coordinator, I support human resources functions within the organization, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. I assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, I work to foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, organizing events, and facilitating communication between management and staff. My role also involves assisting with performance management, employee engagement, and ensuring that HR processes run efficiently and smoothly.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • During my Level 5 apprenticeship, I developed a range of skills that have enhanced my professional abilities. I gained valuable leadership and management experience, learning how to lead teams, manage projects, and think strategically to achieve organizational goals. I also honed my communication skills, ensuring I can effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders. My problem-solving and critical thinking abilities grew, enabling me to analyze challenges and make informed decisions. I learned to manage time effectively, handle data analysis and reporting, and improve customer service. Additionally, I gained insights into people management and professional development, all of which have prepared me to contribute successfully in any workplace.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship because it has provided me with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning valuable skills in a real-world setting. The combination of practical work and theoretical learning has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of applying what I’ve learned to solve problems, contribute to projects, and collaborate with others. The apprenticeship has also allowed me to build confidence in my abilities and provided a clear path for career development, which has been incredibly rewarding. Overall, it has been a fulfilling experience that has greatly contributed to my growth and future goals.

  • I feel that my qualification through my training provider has significantly helped me perform better in my role. The knowledge and skills I gained have equipped me with a deeper understanding of key concepts and best practices, allowing me to approach tasks with greater confidence and efficiency. The practical, hands-on experience combined with the theoretical learning has given me the tools to solve problems more effectively, manage my responsibilities better, and contribute to the success of my team. Overall, the qualification has not only enhanced my technical expertise but also helped me develop stronger communication, leadership, and time management skills, all of which have made a positive impact on my role.
