  • Monitoring and improving the quality of the delivery of the service to claimants as well as supporting and training office colleagues to maximise outcomes from contracted and employment provisions. I am point of contact between providers and colleagues, and I oversee the provider delivery. I facilitate training sessions and coaching

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I developed communication skills. I feel more confident delivering workshops and training as well as organisational skills. I can manage my time better and I am able to prioritise my workload.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the programme. I have the support of my manager and my team. My tutor is also very supportive and I feel very motivated. I am also getting involve in more opportunities within other business areas.

  • The programme is well organised and easy to follow.

  • My employer supports me all the time and encourages me to continue development myself and skills.

  • My training provider is amazing. There are always there when I need them.

  • I think my qualitification will help me to perform at an outstanding level.

  • I am involved in sport events. I am part of a charity music band that works part of Help for Heroes charity.
