Monitoring and improving the quality of the delivery of the service to claimants as well as supporting and training office colleagues to maximise outcomes from contracted and employment provisions. I am point of contact between providers and colleagues, and I oversee the provider delivery. I facilitate training sessions and coaching
I developed communication skills. I feel more confident delivering workshops and training as well as organisational skills. I can manage my time better and I am able to prioritise my workload.
I am really enjoying the programme. I have the support of my manager and my team. My tutor is also very supportive and I feel very motivated. I am also getting involve in more opportunities within other business areas.
The programme is well organised and easy to follow.
