  • I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship programme. It has allowed me identify my own strengths and areas I've needed to build on which my programme has helped me do. I have a much better understanding of HR and the types of knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed. It has been challenging at times juggling my everyday workload with my CIPD assignments and apprenticeship standards however it is something I'm really proud of achieving.

  • The programme was structured well. I initially concentrated on my CIPD assignments but also ensured to log all new learning for my apprenticeship. I found it beneficial being able to complete my CIPD level 5 before then going to gateway for my apprenticeship standard.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor, was an amazing support throughout my apprenticeship. She was always very responsive and gave great guidance if I was struggling with anything. She is a great asset to MBKB. She was very knowledgeable and ran the CIPD training sessions which I found really helpful. I didn't have much contact with anyone else during my apprenticeship from MBKB however deadlines were always clearly outlined and I knew where to find the support should I have needed it.
