    • I am learning to become a Painter and Decorator. I have been able to practice lots of different skills. Their Training Academy is really useful.

    • I really enjoy it, I get to see lots of different types of work.

    • The company is well organised, i always know where i need to be and what is expected of me.

    • Lots of support. They have Mental Health First Aiders at every branch.

    • They are good.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It really helps, i look forward to being qualified and able to do a wider variety of jobs.

    • We enter competitions, do work in the community, some apprentices even went to Slovenia to do charity work this year.
