Working alongside a team and helping on tasks where needed. I travelled in 4 days a week and went to client site once a week.
I learnt technological skills as well as skill for dealing with clients. I gained confidence on taking tasks on myself and feel i have learnt a lot.
There were times when the work was tedious but it was overall, it was a good experience and i got on well with my team.
It was a lot better organised than previous experiences. I was booked for work the entire time and meetings with career coaches were scheduled regularly.
I was able to go to multiple team socials and christmas parties where I was able to socialise with people outside my team on a informal basis. I was able to understand the thoughts and views of many in the company.
It gave me confidence that I could succeed in this path through feedback from my team, praising me as well as just me general confidence increasing over the period.
