Really enjoyed. Met lots of great people and had so many amazing opportunities. Daily tasks were always different and lots of support was in place. It has really set me up for a great career
Very organised and structured. Expectations are clearly laid out and support is given to help you organise your own workload.
Lots of support from Toyota was given. Weekly apprentice meetings catch issues early on and the magnitude of resources around you allows you to succeed. There are multiple support systems in place for any issues from personal to educational.
The training providers work onsite at Toyota therefore are always there for any additional support needed. Each tutor provides a unique look on the maintenance and manufacturing world to give a different type of support.
Through project work and the variance of units you are able to get a great base knowledge that allows you to understand a wide range of real world applications. Performing the role along side the qualifications allows much better performance.
There are multiple social activities throughout the apprenticeship including a week away with all your peers to carry out team building activities.
