I serve customer and tend to their ordering of goods for special items from suppliers alongside providing quotes. Alongside this I look to merchandise the store to improve the customer experience and improve the flow of goods, sales and safety to customer and staff.
How to be more proactive and assertive in my role and to look at things from multiple prospective be that the business or a customer.
I enjoyed the programme I found it straight forward and clear and easy to get on with and whenever I had a question this was swiftly answered by my tutor.
I feel that it tried to balance the bureaucracy of the legislation within my business appropriately alongside the learning of my role in plumbing.
I received great support from my employer and was allowed to take control of my apprenticeship and plan and organise the time needed in cohesion with our work calendar and commitments.
Whenever I was unsure of anything be it what was wanted for a task I could always call or ask in a message for help or set up a quick video call.
I feel it has helped me building stronger relationships with customers and colleauges
We used to have a few events a year but due to financial difficulties within the market this has not happened much this year.
