On a day to day basis my role consists of the completion of Month end tasks including posting to the ledger and investigating any irregularities
I have learnt many new skills including communication within a professional environment. This coupled with my new knowledge of Accounting has enabled me to successfully perform in my Job role
I thoroughly enjoy my Programme and have little criticism towards it.
The Interview stages where well organised as was the induction. However there was a delay in me starting the apprenticeship and the beginning of my study programme. Whilst this had little impact it has caused me to feel behind and unknowledgeable on certain areas but my managers and team have been massively useful.
My Team and Managers have been incredibly supportive always offering me help and responsibility. This has enabled me to feel more confident and have better ownership over my work
Due to an unexpected delay my qualification was delayed but they have been useful throughout this delay .
