    • working in team, time management, counting money, completing documents correctly.

    • I enjoyed doing the program quite a bit I liked doing the course work side as i enjoy taking notes

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • at the start the programme wasn’t very organised due to having multiple tutors causing me to fall behind a bit but saying that my overall experience has been good as I did get a tutor towards the end who supported me to finish not long after my end date.

    • I experienced full support from my employer who supported me through the whole programme

    • When I got my final tutor they supported me till the very end and I have had a very good experience with them

    • i fully believe that the programme has helped me better myself as a support work as it has gave me the knowledge to be able to do my job

    • I would recommend paragon skills as they have helped me improve in my job and i have my qualifications, the staff that I have had experiences with have all been lovely and helpful

    • I would share my experience with others wanting to apply and explain that overall I have had a good experience with them
