Serving customers on the counter and phone, keeping the shop stocked up and going through daily/weekly reports
I learnt new skills within another department of the business I did not think I would be capable of doing. Being more experienced within the branch allowing me to help in all sectors.
I enjoyed doing the research and being able to have the chance to spend time in other departments and learning more through my coach and pushing me to get the Distinction
Very well organised, I would prefer better on the webinars as they were just reading out the slideshow without much actual knowledge on the subject.
It had been very hit and miss throughout as we had very little management within but with the new manager I had full support and was allowed the time to spend alone in the office or WFH to be able to get all caught on what I was behind.

Couldn't ask for more
This has helped me to become more confident with talking to customers about their jobs and to know the correct questions to ask when talking to them.
Nothing that I am aware of but can look into this, as a branch we do have social gatherings and go out for meals but nothing outside of the branch I am aware of.

They provide a good being of progression throughout the business, wanting the new generation to come in and learn the opportunities to progress. They also give out brilliant benefits such as bonuses and insurance for yourself and family members.
