I oversee quality systems, track key metrics, conduct risk assessments, and lead initiatives like CAPA training and safety-focused problem-solving. I also collaborate with teams through activities like World Quality Week to drive continuous improvement.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship, I’ve gained expertise in risk management tools such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). I’ve also enhanced my skills in process flow mapping, Value Stream Mapping, and creating effective quality objectives. Additionally, I’ve improved my leadership abilities by facilitating training sessions and fostering team engagement in quality and safety initiatives.

I thoroughly enjoy my Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship as it provides valuable insights and practical tools that I can directly apply to my role. The combination of structured learning and on-the-job application keeps me engaged and motivated to continuously improve my skills and contribute to the organization’s success.
