I am a Care Assistant based in a Care Home who takes care of the service users and makes sure of their safety. I also effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals and family members. I strongly work as a team and ensure quality care and life.
I have learned a million new knowledge, skills and behaviours through this process. Because this was new background for me, I had to start from scratch and I found myself very confident and competent in dealing with issues and promoting quality care.
In a word it was Brilliant. Thank you, I got a chance to credit you all. It worked for me excellently. I was less competent and confident before began this course. This journey made me incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.
Oh! Wow! It was perfectly organised. Particularly, more than enough materials and they were easy to access at any point. So, I am extraordinarily happy for your hard work behind them.
Overall, it was not bad at all. I am happy with the way they supported proving their materials as well.
Wow! I feel so proud of my tutors. They were brilliant with tremendous knowledge. I want to mention my personal tutor’s name, Jacqui Beswick. She was incredibly supportive and gave me the space and she was there for me anytime for any questions. I am thankful to you all.
My self-esteem and confidence about my role now is 100 on 100. I used to feel nervous and less communicative due to less knowledge, however, this course helped me to find a new me. Now, I am happier than ever I could be.
Yeah, my Homw always has a good bond with the community’s development. We are there to raise funds and be a part of the society. For instance, we made it to have a Defibrillator in our home for the community.
