I work night as a support worker. This means I am responsible for the upkeep of the residents under my care for the duration of my 12 hour shift. Sleeping on duty is an unpardonable act.Continence care, routine checks, repositioning, and providing fluid are some of my major duties on shift.
I have learnt new skills and have developed on the ones I already have.
