My role at little learners day care is managing director I am the owner of the company, my role is to lead the team to maintain high standards of care for the children and to lead my management team.

I have learnt to lead my team not just manage my team, the course has really improved my skills and knowledge.

I enjoyed learning new skills and approaching situations in a different way by learning new methods.

The programme was well organised and my assessor was amazing and has helped and guided me every step of the way,

As a team I was well supported

I was given 100% support from my training provider whilst working towards my qualification.

The qualification has given me so much more knowledge and understanding to help me to continue to grow as a managing director
