I work as a support worker in a mental health residential care home and I’m learning diploma in care and NVQ 2.
I have learned many new skills on regular basis which are part of my trainings provided by organisation and develop my skillset.
Training are flexible and helpful and I enjoy most of the times.
My trainings are well organised and given me plenty of time after each workshop.
I have been supported all the time and enjoys working in my role.
There is always a personal tutor for me to support when I’m struggling and always been helpful.
My trainings gives me in depth knowledge and I feel more confident in my role.
I have been participating in some social activities such as going out for shopping and interacting with professionals.
