I manage all Apprenticeship providers within Evri, alongside learner completion rates, manging both internal and external stakeholders. Oversee Graduate recruitment and development plans, as well as creating pathways for those deemed talent within the company. Responsible for driving an increase in the recruitment of underrepresented groups and inclusive recruitment practices.
Most definitely, key skills include negotiation, influencing ability and communication. Alongside this, I have a greater understanding of models and theories which has helped develop my business acumen and understanding of the wider business.
It's been a brilliant experience, lots of support when needed and the workshops really encourage the sharing of best practice.
Very well organised and structured, teams meetings were sent out for the whole course well in advance with follow up emails sent following each workshop to ensure you have the appropriate information.
Lots, my Line Manager has been incredibly supportive and I have regular conversations with Crosby Management whereby I feedback any issues or concerns.
Again, they've been great. My tutor has been quick to answer any queries or questions, providing articles and recommended reading to support with the qualification.
My time management was always good, but now I've had to be better. It has increased my understanding of the wider HR function and the impact we have as a collective on the strategy of the business.
