Liaising between clients, contractors and stakeholders to manage the delivery of structures and tunnels schemes in the north west and central areas of London.
I have gained a better understanding of the tools used across the contract including SEPM internally and ASITE across the contract.
my programme is very enjoyable with much variety that allows me to further my learning experiences through many different avenues all supported by my manager
All current and ex-apprentices are valued very highly by Transport for London, through constant backing by peers, colleagues, and managers encouraging you to progress.
my programme is split over several placements undertaken inside the company all based around the LoHAC contract. these all look at different aspects of the contract and through my time spent with the contractor on a placement, i understand very well how the contract is applied on both sides of the business.
my training provider is always available to answer any questions i have regarding current training i am undertaking and any further information i may be interested in starting.
my employer supports me messively throughout my time, providing numerous training opportunities and chances to continue my personal development
my salary and benefits are very generous and allow me to cover all cost outgoings that i have. specifically the travel benefits which provides a huge relief on the large sums needed to travel in and out of london daily
there are many opportunites out side of the working environment at Transport for London that encourage all members of staff no matter what experience to get involved in.
