Had a great observation today with my tutor Jolene. It was nice for her to come and see my workplace and meet the people that I work with.
I feel slightly more confident after my observation, and I feel more confident in my job role as of delegating.
I enjoy the programme a lot. It is teaching me a lot
My programme is very well structured and I am able to have a clear visual of what I need to complete.
I am allowed to use one shift per week to complete my apprenticeship.
I receive loads of support. I am able to contact my tutor whenever I need her.
I think it makes me perform better as it's teaching me the proper ways to support individuals in my care.

They don't show much empathy to their workers. You generally just feel like a number
Apply for a role higher than support worker if you have the qualifications.
