  • Had a great observation today with my tutor Jolene. It was nice for her to come and see my workplace and meet the people that I work with.

  • I feel slightly more confident after my observation, and I feel more confident in my job role as of delegating.

  • I enjoy the programme a lot. It is teaching me a lot

  • My programme is very well structured and I am able to have a clear visual of what I need to complete.

  • I am allowed to use one shift per week to complete my apprenticeship.

  • I receive loads of support. I am able to contact my tutor whenever I need her.

  • They don't show much empathy to their workers. You generally just feel like a number

  • Apply for a role higher than support worker if you have the qualifications.
