My role is a careers apprentice. I work with students from the ages of 11-16 and help to plan, organise and run all careers related events, appointments, meetings etc.
I have learned how to adapt my communication style to work with individuals of all ages and gained a lot of confidence in myself.
I really enjoy the job role I have and the learning from my provider.
It is very well organised but can be a little confusing with milestone and task numbers.
I receive a lot of support from my employer.
I have monthly meetings with my providers and can get help through emails all the time.
It has helped me to develop the confidence in my abilities and gave me a deeper understanding of different roles.
Staff wellbeing events and optional CPD
Yes
They are supportive and the apprenticeships are well structured.
Just to be themselves and not to panic about lacking confidence or skills because ATA Ltd will help you with all of this.
