  • I work in a PRU as a TA, this involves me helping plan lessons, supporting student and teachers, doing 1-1 and group work and managing behaviour.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I’ve got better at my maths, i’ve learnt how to manage behaviour problems, how to notice academic struggles in students and how to help them.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do really enjoy my programme. I’ve learnt so much on how to help the students and also myself. My mentors have been so supportive and have gone above and beyond to help me and make sure i’m doing well.

  • It is oraginsed and structed well which i love because i struggle with time management and need things organised to do better

  • So much support, they honestly have gone above and beyond. Always ready to pick up my calls and reply back to my emails

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support. Weekly and fortnightly sessions have been put in place so that i can get to planning for my EPA

  • Extremely well

  • 9a. Would you recommend LMP Education to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They are supportive, friendly and kind. For someone like me who is quite behind academically, struggles with adhd and dyslexia, they have been ever so patient with me and have gone the extra mile to put more support in place for me


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Education?
  • Always ask for help even it’s for something silly, you learn so much more when you ask
