Involves writing commentary on market reviews, portfolio performance, asset allocation and outlooks. Building and updating presentations on our products for clients including all of the above as well as strategy and investment philosophy. Take active ownership in request-for-proposal questionnaires about our products. Improving data platforms and client databases to make the screening process more efficient for new and existing clients.
Increased Excel and PowerPoint skills. Developed presentation skills, to an informed or non-informed audience. Understand the broad foundations of fixed income, derivatives, equity and financial markets.
Programme is beneficial and extremely supportive of development.
The structure of the programme is clear and reasonable in regards to objectives, time goals to achieve those objectives and support.
Support is received where needed and also in suggestion by the employer.
Skills coaches help with understanding next steps and support with any questions.
I feel the IMC and the apprenticeship journey will help me understand more about the industry and where I can add value to the different aspects.
Yes, they have 20+ employee-resource groups, 10+ sports clubs and very frequent networking events.

The work culture is flexible and friendly. Everyone is willing to talk and give advice, taking time out of their day. There is also a huge consideration for employee development and growth as a person and employee.
