My role as a ktl is to guide and support my team. I communicate between management and kitchen team. I also have small bits of responsibility and delegate what i have to.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I regained my English and maths gcses, gained confidence in management. Learnt how to manage effectively and fairly

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was honestly the best thing I've ever done! My coach really made it so I enjoyed the course. I found confidence and skills I never knew I had before. Its also brought it out in my personal life too

Fantastic communication, easy to use and extremely organised

My employer supported me throughout this whole journey

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My coach supported me throughout. And absolutely nothing was a problem. I couldn't of done it without his support.

I've become a stronger manager. I've learnt alot of things I wouldn't of learnt without lifetime training.
