I am a support worker and in this role I support individuals with everyday tasks so they can have a fulfilling life
Communication skill is something I struggled with but developed more whilst working here
I think my diploma is insightful and I've learned so much
The diploma is easy to follow and the website (bud) we use is simple and easy to navigate
I like to get on with my diploma and don't ask for support from my employer,
My training provider is very supportive and checks in 1-2 times a month to ensure everything is going okay and if I need any help or extra support with my work
I feel within my role nothing has changed although I am more confident in myself with my job

It's a nice company to work for with a brilliant work/life balance which other jobs can't give you
Don't stress about knowing everything at once, all the staff are helpful and always make sure you're not alone
