  • I thoroughly enjoyed the programme and found it to be very informative. It was great to study for a qualification that I could readily apply to my role. • The programme was fairly well organised, and I particularly liked the workshop structure. The format of completing reflection and wider consolidation tasks was beneficial, as it helped to reinforce learning and apply theory to practice. • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are several extra-curricular activities available at my work. The apprenticeship support network offers a range of events, including awards nights and social/networking opportunities, which are great for connecting with colleagues and other apprentices. Additionally, there are broader social events that staff can attend, which help foster a sense of community and allow for professional networking in a more informal setting.
