I work in the central apprenticeships team, supporting all our apprentices, employers and programme teams from onboarding through to end point assessment. We look after compliance ensuring we are adhering to the ESFA apprenticeship funding rules.
I have gained many skills by completing my apprenticeship, including: IT skills, developing my skills on all MS packages. Planning and organisation skills, communication skills.
I have completed my programme now but I enjoyed it.
My programme was well structured with a whole year timetable of masterclasses etc.
I received an amazing amount of support from my managers and my whole team.
Whilst I was on programme, my learning coach was always on hand if I needed anything or struggled with assignments etc.
I feel like my qualification has benefitted me massively, the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt and developed are great transferable skills which have been useful in applying to any new task I face at work.
Working in the apprenticeships team, there are always learner and employer events which I can get involved in.
