To make sure that all children, parents and staff are happy and safe. Make sure that all files and documents are up to date and general safeguarding
I’ve gained a lot more confidence and knowledge whilst doing this course
I enjoy achieving things when doing this course and seeing that my work and knowledge is actually correct and good
I think my course has been longer than what it’s needed to be and when I get close to finishing there seems to be something else that’s been added or needs doing again
I am supported by the manager and other staff members
