    • Ensuring that Tata Steel Trostre is working mechanically and to gain as much knowledge from other fitters and engineers while doing so.

    • I have gained many new skills during the apprenticeship in all aspects of life including communication, physical experience and mechanical and engineering knowledge. I have learned this due to the variety of teaching in the apprenticeship like the academy, college and in the factory.

    • I really enjoy it.

    • The experience is well structured offering multiple sources if you have any problems.

    • As stated above if you have any problems there are many sources you can go to for support.

    • You are given a lot of support as long as you make it known that you are in need of help.

    • My qualification greatly helps me in my role as I have learnt many things through the apprenticeship that have helped me in work.

    • The atmosphere and sense of humour is great and the knowledge you gain from the apprenticeship is second to none.
