Ensuring that Tata Steel Trostre is working mechanically and to gain as much knowledge from other fitters and engineers while doing so.
I have gained many new skills during the apprenticeship in all aspects of life including communication, physical experience and mechanical and engineering knowledge. I have learned this due to the variety of teaching in the apprenticeship like the academy, college and in the factory.
I really enjoy it.
The experience is well structured offering multiple sources if you have any problems.
As stated above if you have any problems there are many sources you can go to for support.
You are given a lot of support as long as you make it known that you are in need of help.
My qualification greatly helps me in my role as I have learnt many things through the apprenticeship that have helped me in work.
