My role is delivering training to unemployed people with a wide range of complex needs and barriers, I also work in a matric organisation where I have to give communication to a wide range of teams
Yes communication, problem solving, many leadership styles
Absolutely brilliant heather h my tutor is fantastic
very well structured I know whats expected of me at any point
My employer put me forard to this qualification and they are great at allowing me time to do this
a lot, workshops are great, tutor is fantastic
All the time, my communication has got better, my understanding of people and how they work has soared!
