I develop and implement strategic initiatives that prioritise local employment, skills development, sustainability, and community investment, aligning our work with tangible social, economic, and environmental benefits. By engaging with stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and collaborating with project teams, I ensure that social value is embedded in every stage of our projects. My work focuses on driving positive change, empowering the next generation, and enhancing Stepnell's reputation as a socially responsible leader in the construction industry.
