My role is an early years practitioner. I work at a nursery and work with kids monday-friday. I work with the children, play with them, make them enjoy their day and help them learn.
My confidence has built up and my communication skills.
I love my programme because i learn more stuff and i also get experience working with little children.
My programme is very organised, i recieve assignments often and also recieve help whenever i need it.
My employer also helps me a lot with whatever i need help in. She is very supportive and friendly.
Lots of support is given if i am in need of it.
