Look for medium sized businesses that use other couriers and try to get them to us EVRi.
The apprenticeship has helped me with managing accounts and trying to find new ones.
I enjoy the apprenticeship as it allows me to learn new skills related to my job in a formal manner which I wouldn't have got otherwise.
The programme is structured with a mix of self directed learning as well as workshops and assignments that need completing.
EVRi and in particular my manager are very supportive of the programme and appreciate that some days I need to dedicate more time to it so will allow me to do so and leave me to do what I need.
BMS are supportive and always reiterate the fact that they are willing to help when needed.
It helps me learn new skills and I take these with me when speaking to clients.
Networking events from time to time.
