    • The apprenticeship has helped me with managing accounts and trying to find new ones.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy the apprenticeship as it allows me to learn new skills related to my job in a formal manner which I wouldn't have got otherwise.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The programme is structured with a mix of self directed learning as well as workshops and assignments that need completing.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • EVRi and in particular my manager are very supportive of the programme and appreciate that some days I need to dedicate more time to it so will allow me to do so and leave me to do what I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • BMS are supportive and always reiterate the fact that they are willing to help when needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It helps me learn new skills and I take these with me when speaking to clients.

    • Be prepared to join a fast paced environment with many opportunities. You get out what you put in so if you dedicate the time and effort you will see the rewards and progress up the company.
