The Recruitment Apprentice provides administrative support to the Recruitment Team with exposure to every aspect of HR. Interacting with candidates across EMEA, you will assist with a variety of queries from both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruitment Apprentice will be expected to maintain and update records, databases and trackers, ensuring internal systems and trackers are accurate and complete. As you progress and develop in this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider HR to provide ad hoc support when necessary.
I have learnt so many invaluable things since working at Christie's. I have developed my confidence, communication skills and just learnt how to be in a professional environment.
The programme is very well structured with training plans in place to develop your professional skills throughout.
As an apprentice, I would say we receive a lot of support and lots of touch points throughout the programme.
The support from the training provider can vary, however I found my training provider to be very supportive
I feel my qualification aligns perfectly with my role.
Yes, there are lots of extra curricular activities, from cohort socials, to company wide events, to activity days and so much more. I would estimate about 1/2 extra curricular activities a week
Yes
Christie's is a great place to work, with an exciting culture and people beaming with passion. I couldn't recommend Christies enough.
